I’m not sure how I came about this story but, I somehow did and if there was ever anything laugh about eczema then this is it. Well maybe!
Apparently this story dates back to 1917 when a young American woman overheard an older lady shouting something to her young child whilst in Central Park, New York. At first she couldn’t actually understand what was being shouted so walked nearer to the old woman for clarification. It appeared that the woman was shouting, “Exy, Exy”.
Apparently Exy wasn’t the child’s her actual name but was short for her full name, which was Eczema! Lucky child!!
